This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Identify, engage, and qualify new prospects and early-stage opportunities.
• Generate a steady stream of qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and/or Partnership Sales teams.
• Integrate robust commercial execution with a commitment to data quality and compliance-aware discovery.
• Conduct structured first-call discovery to verify business needs and payment use cases.
• Develop and implement daily prospecting activities across outbound channels.
• Create and uphold accurate CRM records and activity logs; ensure key fields are consistently and promptly completed.
• Collaborate closely with AEs/BDMs to establish targeting and qualification standards.
• Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition with confidence.
• Monitor performance against SDR metrics; refine messaging, targeting, and cadences based on conversion data.
• 1–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing commercial roles (preferably in fintech/payments/SaaS).
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and securing qualified meetings.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven, regulated environment where onboarding and KYC are integral to the customer journey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in phone and video interactions.
• Excellent ability to conduct prospect research and personalize outreach.
• Disciplined in organization and time management; capable of maintaining high activity throughput.
• Proficient in data management and CRM practices (pipeline hygiene, notes, next steps).
• Commercial curiosity: adept at identifying pain points and connecting them to solutions.
