This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Develop and implement daily prospecting initiatives across various outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved platforms) to identify and engage with target accounts.
• Conduct research on target accounts and personas; customize outreach based on industry, use case, and anticipated cross-border payment needs.
• Qualify opportunities using our established framework and convert them into: Qualified meetings scheduled, and/or Sales-qualified leads/opportunities assigned to the appropriate sales representative.
• Create and maintain precise CRM records and activity logs; ensure that essential fields are filled out consistently and promptly.
• Collaborate closely with: AEs/BDMs to synchronize targeting, qualification standards, and quality of handover.
• Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition in straightforward language, such as: Global payment capabilities (sending/receiving internationally, multi-currency functionalities) and the “one network” model.
• 1–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing commercial roles (preferably in fintech/payments/SaaS).
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and securing qualified meetings.
• Comfortable working within a process-oriented, regulated environment where onboarding and KYC are integral to the customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in phone and video interactions.
• Exceptional prospect research and personalization skills.
• Disciplined in organization and time management; capable of maintaining high activity levels.
• Proficient in data management and CRM practices (pipeline maintenance, notes, next steps).
• Commercially curious: skilled in identifying pain points and connecting them to solutions.
• Resilient, open to coaching, and committed to continuous improvement.
