This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Identifies and qualifies both inbound and outbound leads across a diverse range of prospects.
• Acquires the ability to evaluate leads by understanding the industry, size, products, and specific requirements of prospects.
• Cultivates relationships with prospects to confirm potential opportunities.
• Adheres to a defined process and utilizes tools to generate and assess leads.
• Constructs and expands a pipeline of leads for a designated product or service.
• Initiates contact with potential customers to assess their qualification as leads.
• Monitors lead interactions using an internal CRM system.
• Collects data to evaluate customer needs and compatibility.
• Records insights from potential customers to uncover opportunities or obstacles.
• Conducts regular follow-ups with leads to foster trust and interest in Cisco products.
• Ensures accurate customer information is maintained in CRM systems.
• Gains knowledge of pertinent Cisco solutions.
• Employs CRM software for updating customer information and tracking interactions.
• Complies with established internal procedures for prospecting and qualifying.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree).
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience in prospecting using platforms like ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
