This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and target prospective accounts, including distributors, sub-distributors, enterprise companies, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct research and qualify new B2B accounts, medical practices, and Fortune 1000 companies utilizing LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other resources.
• Perform high-volume outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns to secure discovery calls and meetings.
• Create targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles and strategic goals.
• Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers, including executives, directors, and procurement teams.
• Utilize prospecting tools (Apollo, Instantly, Halo) to develop and manage effective outreach campaigns.
• Keep detailed records of prospect information and engagement within CRM systems.
• Generate a qualified pipeline to meet meeting volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
• Schedule qualified meetings for sales teams with decision-makers and high-intent prospects.
• Successfully close booked calls with warm leads who have shown interest and met qualification criteria.
• Communicate with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Take ownership of and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring diligent follow-up after calls and outreach.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with assigned accounts to foster long-term B2B relationships.
• Ensure precise CRM data entry for all outreach activities and engagement metrics.
• Experience: 1-3+ years in sales development, business development, healthcare sales, B2B SaaS sales, or SDR/account management roles (minimum of 6+ months in call-based or phone sales).
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with minimal accent or American accent; possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prospecting Success: Demonstrated experience in prospecting and engaging distributors, sub-distributors, or enterprise accounts in B2B environments.
• CRM Expertise: Practical experience using CRMs (Salesforce or HubSpot required) with a strong focus on data integrity.
• Outbound Tools: Familiarity with outreach platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Halo, or comparable tools.
• Pipeline Generation: Proven track record of sourcing, prospecting, and generating a qualified pipeline.
• Research Skills: Strong research abilities and attention to detail in identifying and qualifying prospects.
• Closing Ability: Knowledge of when and how to advance prospects, strategically prioritizing leads.
• Metrics-Driven: Driven by numbers and focused on activities that yield results; averse to fluff.
• Remote Performance: Established capability to work independently and meet outbound activity KPIs in a remote setting.
