This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in consistent outreach to targeted prospects via calls and emails.

• Articulate our value proposition to decision makers and assess their potential for sales opportunities.

• Meet quotas for generating qualified leads.

• Utilize prospecting tools to research companies and pinpoint key decision makers.

• Work closely with our Account Executives to assist in closing accounts and enhancing pipeline growth.

• Contribute to the refinement of our sales development strategies to foster continuous improvement.

• Use Salesforce for managing leads, tracking the pipeline, and forecasting sales.

• Engage in knowledge sharing, participate in training sessions, and optimize processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.

• Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Background in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred but not required.

• Adaptable to new environments and eager to learn and contribute.

• Experience in qualifying leads is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Grit – being an SDR requires emotional resilience, and it's essential to possess this trait.

• Committed to surpassing goals weekly and demonstrating self-accountability.

• Assertive, persistent, persuasive, and a good listener.

• Smart and confident in building successful client relationships and managing objections and rejections over the phone.
