This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify potential clients alongside our team, establishing a foundation for long-lasting customer relationships through targeted outreach.

• Identification of potential corporate clients (B2B) and researching effective methods for reaching out.

• Conduct short, structured qualification calls to assess needs, timing, resources, and decision-making capabilities.

• Schedule qualified meetings or demonstrations for Account Executives, as well as independently present solutions when required.

• Complete and timely documentation of all activities, conversation outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system.

• Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies, conversation guides, and campaigns.

• Provide qualitative feedback to Sales and Marketing regarding target audience engagement and lead quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients.

• Proficient in both verbal and written customer communication.

• Structured, goal-oriented work style with a passion for proactive customer acquisition.

• Enthusiasm for working with clear objectives and KPIs, as well as making progress measurable.

• Clear and professional communication, along with a smooth transition of qualified leads to Sales / Account Executives.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable).

• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.
