This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivates and nurtures customer relationships, ensuring success with both existing and newly established transactional/non-contract accounts.
• Maintains a daily outreach of 50-75 calls to prospective clients, encompassing initial contact and ongoing strategic targeting to onboard them as new clientele.
• Engages with customers via telephone, email, and social media to share expertise and position yourself as a valuable resource in the fields of investor relations, financial reporting, public relations, marketing, and corporate communications.
• Responds to incoming emails and calls from potential clients, addressing queries related to pricing, billing/collection issues, general product information, and other pertinent inquiries.
• Acquires an in-depth understanding of the industry, as well as our products and services, alongside those of our competitors.
• Clearly articulates the value proposition and return on investment (ROI) associated with Business Wire's products and services.
• Keeps precise records of all sales activities including calls, meetings, opportunities, emails, and social outreach within Salesforce CRM.
• Optimizes outcomes by addressing the needs of multiple buyers within an organization, systematically managing conflicting requirements of different buyer influencers.
• Collaborates effectively in a team environment to achieve collective goals.
• Conducts research on prospects and identifies key stakeholders to generate interest and build rapport.
• Manages client expectations and adeptly navigates objections to achieve successful outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to foster relationships with clients across various organizational levels, including executive and C-level personnel.
• Experience in B2B prospecting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Exceptional time management skills, demonstrating the ability to juggle multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
• Must possess resilience, determination, and the capability to overcome objections.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven, with a consistent track record of meeting daily and monthly goals.
• Preferred understanding and ability to communicate effectively with professionals in investor relations, financial reporting, public relations, marketing, and corporate communications.
• A BA/BS degree or its international equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and HubSpot is preferred.
