This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Generate new business opportunities within your designated geographic area.
• Engage with inbound leads and perform outbound outreach to organizations in your territory, focusing on opportunities that align strategically and have significant potential impact.
• Conduct discovery discussions with technical leaders (Infrastructure, Network, Security) and senior decision-makers (Director, VP, and C-level where appropriate).
• Identify business priorities, operational challenges, and purchasing dynamics.
• Develop well-qualified Stage 0 opportunities backed by defined business or technical drivers, identified decision-makers, timeline indicators, and a clear next step.
• Transition opportunities to the designated Account Executive with comprehensive context and documentation.
• Keep detailed and actionable notes in Salesforce, including insights from discovery and agreed next steps.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment and visibility into early-stage activities.
• Track opportunity momentum and assist with re-engagement if progress stalls.
• Contribute to enhancing conversion rates and overall pipeline health within your territory.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing position.
• Experience in B2B technology is preferred.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or SaaS is an advantage.
• Experience working within a geographic territory model is beneficial.
