This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels to create new business opportunities.

• Implement cold-calling campaigns aimed at key decision-makers within targeted industries and market segments.

• Interact with and follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to evaluate interest and progress potential opportunities through the sales pipeline.

• Construct, manage, and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.

• Assess leads by comprehending business requirements, identifying challenges, and determining alignment with the company's services.

• Organize and arrange qualified discovery meetings directly into the founder's calendar.

• Keep precise and current records of all prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.

• Formulate and implement consistent follow-up strategies to engage prospects who are not yet prepared to move forward.

• Investigate target companies, industries, and key stakeholders to enhance effective outreach efforts.

• Achieve or surpass monthly goals for activity, meeting bookings, and pipeline generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales.

• Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling abilities.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Preferred: Experience in selling marketing services, agency solutions, SaaS, professional services, or other B2B products.

• Background in digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings.

• Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques.

• Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation services.
