This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Execute targeted outreach through phone, email, and social media channels to identify and engage with qualified prospects.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads against established criteria and transfer them to Account Executives.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
• Work collaboratively with marketing to support regional campaigns and events.
• Remain updated on industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
• Achieve and surpass KPIs, including call volume, meetings scheduled, and pipeline contribution.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development within the B2B tech or SaaS sector.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with Turkish being an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of the META region's business culture and sales practices.
• Self-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset.
