Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the top-of-funnel: Identify and investigate potential customers, create targeted lists, and reliably provide qualified meetings to our Sales Managers.

• Propel outbound outreach: Conduct cold calls, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to establish new pipelines from the ground up.

• Refine messaging: Experiment with and enhance outreach copy and call scripts, sharing successful strategies with the team.

• Maintain CRM accuracy: Log all activities meticulously in HubSpot, ensuring clean data on prospects and their pipeline stages.

• Represent atmio at events: Act as the face of the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities — engaging with prospects in person and enhancing brand visibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English — our primary working languages.

• 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or related outbound sales position, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Practical experience with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of top-of-funnel sales processes.

• A genuine desire to achieve targets and develop a career in sales.

• Nice-to-haves: Proficiency in Spanish or Italian.

• Experience in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
