This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with prospective clients: Reach out to leads generated from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing efforts via phone, email, and SMS.
• Assess and prioritize leads: Gain insight into each prospect's business needs, timelines, and decision-making processes to evaluate their compatibility with Arketa.
• Arrange high-quality demonstrations: Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, ensuring seamless transitions with comprehensive context.
• Become an expert on Arketa: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our platform so you can confidently discuss how we address genuine challenges faced by fitness businesses.
• Maintain organization: Keep precise records in HubSpot, monitor lead progress, and ensure that no details are overlooked.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with Marketing to enhance lead quality and offer feedback on campaign effectiveness.
• Follow up strategically: Maintain connections with prospects who are not yet ready to proceed, nurturing them until they are prepared for the next steps.
• Some experience in cold-calling is preferred, ideally within SMB SaaS, targeting fitness studios, restaurants, or small businesses.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Nooks (or a similar dialer), Instagram, Loom, Vidyard, and various lead sources.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fitness Enthusiast: Experience working in a fitness studio and understanding the nuances of studio software (bonus points if you have used Arketa, Mindbody, Wellnessliving, Marianatek, or Momence).
• Sales Acumen: Prepared to engage in outbound efforts using phone, email, messaging, and innovative outreach techniques.
• Excellent Communicator: Capable of connecting easily with individuals, clearly articulating ideas in both written and spoken forms, and excelling at relationship-building.
• Grit & Determination: A person who embraces the challenge of persistence and recognizes that every conversation, whether immediate or future, brings you closer to making a meaningful impact. You thrive on engaging with people and are eager to tackle challenges to drive results.
• Organized & Driven: Able to juggle multiple priorities—be it tracking leads, managing emails, calls, or social outreach—and resourceful in solving problems to fulfill business needs. You will keep your work updated in HubSpot and our sales software tools.
