This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential clients: Reach out to leads generated from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing initiatives through phone, email, and SMS.

• Assess and prioritize leads: Gain insights into each prospect's business requirements, timeline, and decision-making processes to evaluate their suitability with Arketa.

• Arrange high-quality demonstrations: Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, ensuring seamless transitions with comprehensive context.

• Become an expert on Arketa: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our platform to confidently discuss how we address real challenges for fitness businesses.

• Maintain organization: Keep precise records in HubSpot, monitor lead progression, and ensure that no opportunities are overlooked.

• Collaborate with various teams: Partner closely with Marketing to enhance lead quality and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.

• Follow up with intention: Maintain connections with prospects who are not yet ready to proceed, nurturing them until they are prepared for the next steps.


⛳️ Requirements

• Passion for fitness: You have experience working in a fitness studio and are familiar with studio software (bonus points if you have used Arketa, Mindbody, Wellnessliving, Marianatek, or Momence).

• Sales potential: You are eager to engage in outbound efforts utilizing phone, email, messaging, and innovative outreach strategies.

• Excellent communicator: You can easily build connections, clearly express ideas in both written and verbal forms, and excel at fostering relationships.

• Resilience and determination: You embrace the challenge of persistence and recognize that every conversation, immediate or future, brings you closer to making a meaningful impact. You thrive on connecting with others and are eager to overcome barriers to achieve results.

• Organized and proactive: You can juggle multiple responsibilities—whether it involves tracking leads, emails, calls, or social outreach—and are resourceful in problem-solving to fulfill business needs. You will keep your records updated in HubSpot and our sales software tools.

• Value alignment: You are passionate about wellness and enthusiastic about assisting fitness studios in growing with Arketa’s innovative platform.

• Preferred qualifications: Experience in tech/SaaS sales, some background in cold-calling (ideally in SMB SaaS targeting fitness studios, restaurants, or small businesses). Experience in recruiting and real estate is also relevant. Familiarity with HubSpot, Nooks (or a similar dialer), Instagram, Loom, Vidyard, and lead generation sources is beneficial. A BA/BS degree is preferred but not mandatory.
