This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Collaborating with Sales Executives to discover new opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Developing and managing detailed stakeholder maps based on function and influence.
• Creating, executing, and refining prospecting strategies in conjunction with marketing campaigns, email outreach, social media, cold calling, and qualification discussions.
• Organizing, scheduling, and overseeing attendance for qualified meetings for Account Executives (AEs).
• Supporting and assisting in Andela’s marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring timely follow-up, qualification, and responsiveness to assigned inbound inquiries.
• Meeting and surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals related to new opportunities generated, meetings conducted, and contributions to revenue closed won.
• Actively engaging and contributing to Sales Team standups and meetings.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, which can include internships during academic studies.
• A strong desire to build a career in sales.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities, adept at managing multiple stakeholders and sales activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and implement prospecting strategies and activities alongside assigned AEs.
• Proficiency in utilizing a premium sales stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among others.
• A strong drive to achieve success and reach a “Yes” in every account interaction.
• Continuously seeking innovative methods to enhance sales outcomes and processes encountered daily.
• Motivated self-starter recognized by peers as a solid “Team Player.”
• Basic to advanced knowledge of digital roles and functions categorized by skill set.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys high-velocity sales cultures.
• Interest or experience in fully remote work settings.
