This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing outbound prospecting for new leads and building a revenue pipeline
• Innovative customer engagement for energy solutions
• Developing lead generation strategies within the real estate sector
• Maintaining and structuring the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
• Collaborating between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Initial experience in a relevant environment (e.g., start-up)
• Experience in selling complex B2B products is a plus (no Master's degree required)
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Business development mindset with openness to a self-organized and agile working style
• Creativity and strategic thinking
