This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct research to identify potential customer accounts within our target markets.
• Initiate outbound sequences and engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and video.
• Facilitate initial conversations to comprehend business challenges and evaluate fit.
• Qualify leads and transfer strong opportunities to our Sales team.
• Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain a well-organized and accessible sales pipeline within our CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to enhance our messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, prospecting, recruiting, or another customer-facing role.
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
• A sense of curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in sales.
• Quick to learn — adept at adapting to new tools and techniques.
• Goal-driven and organized in time management.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, nooks or similar (preferred).
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or outbound sales environments (preferred).
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity (preferred).
• Previous internship or working student experience in a commercial role (preferred).

• Clear development pathway (e.g., toward Account Executive within 12–18 months).
