This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Conduct research to discover potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and market analysis.
• Initiate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage potential clients and spark interest in AltScore’s offerings.
• Assess leads by understanding their business requirements, challenges, and compatibility with our products.
• Organize and arrange high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Keep precise and current records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to monitor interactions and pipeline development.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies and refine messaging.
• Commit to continuous learning and improvement of best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing position, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or startups.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Strong capability to engage and cultivate relationships using outbound sales techniques.
• A self-motivated individual with a resilient attitude suited for a dynamic sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement tools.
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and working autonomously.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and enhance sales skills.
• Base Salary: $1,000 - $2,000 USD per month, based on experience, plus commissions.
