Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with mid-market and enterprise accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn;

• Respond to inbound marketing leads within 24 hours;

• Conduct discovery discussions to determine compatibility — integration requirements, industry challenges, budget, and timelines;

• Schedule sales-qualified meetings and provide Account Executives with comprehensive notes;

• Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness;

• Maintain accurate and updated pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role;

• Excellent research abilities — adept at identifying the right person and the best approach;

• Strong business acumen — capable of quickly evaluating whether a conversation is worth pursuing;

• Willingness to work US hours while based in the Philippines;

• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
