This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls to small business owners utilizing a provided database alongside inbound leads generated from advertisements and website traffic.
• Appointment Setting: Assess prospects through discovery conversations and arrange initial consultations for the sales advisors based in the US.
• Strategic Pitching: Evaluate a prospect's digital presence (such as their social media activity or website quality) in real time to deliver immediate value during calls.
• Warm Handoffs: Attend scheduled appointments to introduce prospects to the senior sales team, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Daily Reporting: Uphold accountability by documenting daily activities and progress at the conclusion of each shift without requiring micromanagement.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in coaching sessions to enhance your knowledge of SEO, PPC, and e-commerce, enabling you to provide better consultation to prospects.
• Communication: 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling, with a neutral English accent that is easily comprehensible to US-based small business owners.
• Resilience: A strong comfort level with rejection and the determination to maintain high energy throughout a 40-hour work week.
• Proactive Mindset: Capacity to identify prospects' issues (for instance, a "dull" website) and propose solutions promptly.
• Technical Literacy: Skilled in utilizing a CRM, employing videoconferencing tools, and effectively managing digital communications.
• Bilingual Bonus: Candidates from Latin/Central America who are bilingual in Spanish and English will find this a significant advantage, owing to the client's substantial Hispanic market presence in Texas.
