
Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate monthly qualified discovery meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Promptly respond to and qualify incoming leads and inquiries.
• Maintain consistent and engaging communication with new and existing leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
• Achieve or surpass the designated quota for outbound activities and meetings organized for the sales teams.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams to create effective outreach strategies.
• Monitor activity progress and report outreach insights to management.
• Travel required: Minimal (for on-site planning meetings or potential trade shows).
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales development, prospecting, or lead generation.
• A post-secondary or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, list building, and sales communication technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach).
• Experience in technology or SaaS sales development is preferred.
• Highly organized, driven, and motivated to excel in sales.
• Ability to acquire business knowledge regarding industry, products, software, services, and markets.
• Capacity to learn about new markets, customers, and technologies.
• Strong inclination towards taking action and self-motivation; results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
