This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• A results-oriented and highly enthusiastic BDR/SDR with extensive experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and engaging sales strategies.

• Demonstrated success in generating and qualifying leads through strategic outreach initiatives.

• Skilled in utilizing advanced sales technologies to enhance efficiency and increase conversion rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR capacity within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

• Proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing quotas in lead generation and pipeline development.

• Capability to tailor messaging for various buyer personas across enterprise and mid-market segments.

• Cold Calling & Outbound Sales: Proficient in high-volume cold calling with a consultative approach. Comfortable in managing objections and fostering impactful conversations.

• Sales Engagement & Automation: Experienced with tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, and Apollo.io for automated sequencing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

• Contact Enrichment & Data Research: Knowledgeable in utilizing platforms like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, and SalesIQ to discover and verify prospects' contact information.

• CRM & Reporting: Practical experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for monitoring prospect interactions and pipeline advancement.

• Languages: Native or fluent in English.

• Industry Experience: Previous background in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales is preferred.
