This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive outbound prospecting efforts to create new business opportunities within targeted accounts and sectors.
• Research and pinpoint ideal customer profiles, then implement multi-touch campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and various other channels.
• Qualify incoming leads and arrange discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with AEs to develop account-based strategies and penetrate key target organizations.
• Clearly articulate ActivTrak's value proposition in a manner that aligns with each prospect's distinct challenges and objectives.
• Maintain thorough CRM hygiene in Salesforce, documenting all prospect interactions and pipeline metrics.
• Engage in sales training, team meetings, and shadowing opportunities to advance your development towards a closing role.
• Utilize ActivTrak's own platform to enhance your productivity and gain deeper insights into the challenges faced by our customers.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, SDR/BDR roles, or a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a metrics-driven, high-activity outbound sales setting.
• Competitive spirit and resilience—motivated by the challenge of engaging with new prospects every day.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for quickly establishing rapport and credibility over the phone and in writing.
• Proven experience collaborating effectively within remote or distributed teams.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with sales technology stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite, Zoom).
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change and contribute ideas for process enhancement.
