This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Engage potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns as viable sales prospects.
• Demonstrate leadership, effective sales strategies, and maintain a positive and motivating environment with both internal teams and external clients.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate effectively with various sales teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the Abnormal Security product suite.
• 6 months to over 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a comparable role (less experience is acceptable for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in a Nordic language is essential.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a distributed sales team.
• Ability to comprehend customer pain points and requirements, linking potential business to value.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple requests and time constraints simultaneously while achieving production goals within assigned territories or accounts.
• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
• Driven, resilient, and team-oriented with a strong desire to compete and succeed.
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience is preferred.
