Sales Development Representative – API MAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting initiatives and reach out to potential clients via phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other platforms.

• Identify new leads through innovative internet research and social media engagement, utilizing LinkedIn Navigator and other sales tools.

• Evaluate customers based on an in-depth understanding of Vonage API platform products.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive notes in our CRM system.

• Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Account Managers.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to enhance overall performance.

• Meet monthly goals for the number of qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.

• Create and uphold a territory plan in conjunction with Account Managers for your designated region.

• Possess strong knowledge of Vonage’s API product offerings.

• Assist in Vonage API marketing initiatives by contributing to online and other marketing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development/Lead Generation or sales within B2B settings, particularly in the software sector.

• Proficient in speaking and writing English at a professional level.

• Demonstrated experience in cold calling and crafting personalized emails.

• Self-motivated and organized, capable of achieving results without close supervision or tight oversight.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement tools like Gong Engage and Outreach, ZoomInfo, Generative AI Tools, and 6sense.

• Experience in outbound sales targeting mid-market companies (100 - 999 employees).
