Sales Development Representative – AI SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential clients through proactive cold calling, email initiatives, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling techniques.

• Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads according to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria and purchasing intent.

• Arrange meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives and sales leadership teams.

• Perform market research to pinpoint target accounts and key decision-makers.

• Keep precise records of pipeline activities and tracking within CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales departments to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

• Regularly follow up with prospects to cultivate relationships and advance opportunities through the sales process.

• Remain informed about AI SaaS trends, competitor products, and industry changes.

• Meet and surpass monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to booked meetings, created opportunities, and outbound activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B SaaS sales.

• Prior experience in selling AI SaaS, automation solutions, or technology products is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.

• Solid understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and consultative selling practices.

• Proficient in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Strong skills in managing objections and building relationships.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
