This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn engagement, and social selling techniques.
• Recognize and qualify prospective B2B clients who show interest in AI and SaaS solutions.
• Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Investigate target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
• Keep precise records and update the pipeline within CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies and boost conversion rates.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and cultivate relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and surpass monthly KPIs related to outreach efforts, meetings scheduled, and pipeline development.
• Remain informed about trends in AI, SaaS technologies, and competitive market insights.
• Over 2 years of experience in a **Sales Development Representative**, Business Development, or outbound sales position.
• Previous background in selling or prospecting for **AI SaaS**, B2B SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Strong experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs while working remotely.
• Strong skills in research, handling objections, and building relationships.
• Comfortable collaborating with clients in the US, UK, or other international time zones.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and focused on performance.
