This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Cultivate SDRs into sales-ready professionals by training them to identify, reach out to, and generate qualified lead opportunities.
• Oversee SDR dashboards to ensure data precision, monitor team progress towards objectives, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Inspire, reward, and acknowledge team members to drive exceptional performance and nurture a positive, results-oriented atmosphere.
• Establish performance-driven metrics and expectations for pipeline development, reporting on both team and individual outcomes, including outbound communications and emails.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SDR Leadership within a Tech/SaaS organization.
• Proven track record in developing and mentoring Sales Development Representatives.
• Established ability to foster strong collaborative relationships among SDR, Marketing, and Sales teams.
