This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ You identify and research suitable target customers in the DACH region and build a relevant network on LinkedIn.
β’ You acquire new contacts through social selling and targeted, GDPR-compliant outreach β professionally and without any gray areas of cold calling.
β’ You conduct initial conversations, discovery calls, and product demos related to weclapp and our plugins, sparking genuine interest.
β’ You thoroughly qualify leads and pass them on to the management.
β’ You prepare offers, documents, and discussion materials to ensure that every sales meeting is successful.
β’ You maintain the pipeline and CRM, keep leads warm (follow-ups, nurturing), and ensure reliable forecasts.
β’ You work closely with the marketing team β providing insights from sales conversations and supporting campaigns, content, and lead generation.
β’ You relay market feedback to product development and management.
β’ Several years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in pre-sales, sales development, business development, or inside sales), ideally in the IT, SaaS, or e-commerce sectors.
β’ Basic knowledge of weclapp β you are familiar with the software from practical experience and can demonstrate it convincingly.
β’ A solid understanding of e-commerce (shop processes, ordering, warehousing/shipping, common tools).
β’ Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales/Social Selling and modern, legally compliant (GDPR-compliant) acquisition methods.
β’ Strong communication skills along with a structured, self-reliant, and remote-friendly work style.
β’ Excellent German AND English language skills, both written and spoken.
β’ Residence and employment in Austria or Germany.
β’ Fully remote in DE/AT β no mandatory presence required.
β’ Part-time or full-time β from 30 to 38.5 hours/week, tailored to fit your life, not the other way around.
