Sales Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled

• Conduct business evaluations and synchronize strategic objectives with clients

• Use marketing-generated leads to reach out, qualify, and transform them into sales-qualified leads

• Discover strategic opportunities and showcase CAT portfolio solutions

• Gather and analyze market intelligence and sales activities

• Enable effective communication between clients and internal teams to oversee projects

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in aquaculture and/or life sciences sectors

• Proficiency in English as a first or second language

• Background in the Aquaculture/Fisheries sector or related scientific fields (animal sciences, biology, molecular biology)

• Capability to utilize CRM systems for effective sales management
