This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects while nurturing current leads through proactive outbound phone calls and emails to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Implement outbound campaigns regularly, either independently or in conjunction with account managers and management.
• Fulfill weekly call quotas.
• Meet weekly sales objectives by scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Offer sufficient information during qualification calls to ensure successful meetings.
• Actively engage in team meetings and take part in professional development initiatives.
• Promptly follow up with and qualify incoming leads.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development or a related sales role.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior experience in K-12 education is essential.
• Experience in the education sector (K-12 & higher education), particularly in SaaS, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
• Highly organized with effective time management abilities.
• Willingness to collaborate with others.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and a commitment to surpassing sales goals.
• Interest and experience in prospecting via phone and email.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly through insightful questioning and active listening.
• Capability to initiate conversations, communicate value, and address objections effectively.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
• A proactive self-starter who can manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, virtual setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
