This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and develop SDR teams
• Oversee SDRs on their objectives, activity metrics, and performance achievements
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each SDR to coach, nurture, and ensure accountability
• Act as a mentor and representative of the ServiceTitan culture for your team
• Inspire, motivate, and acknowledge team members to promote top performance
• Stay updated on and coach SDRs regarding outbound best practices, including cold calling, sequencing, and messaging
• Drive pipeline and strategy
• Monitor lead processes, key metrics, and facilitate pipeline creation within your assigned team
• Shape and execute SDR strategy and outbound processes for the teams you oversee
• Report to senior management on operational and financial KPIs
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and programs to enhance SDR performance
• Flex across the organization
• Step in to cover team assignments during absences or unexpected gaps in the management team
• Maintain all internal customer and business partner relationships relevant to the team you are covering
• Serve as a proxy for QBRs, performance management discussions, team meetings, and cross-functional syncs
• Provide a comprehensive transition document and handoff summary to the returning manager at the end of each assignment
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that advance the overall Sales Development and GTM organization
• Communicate updates, observations, and needs to senior leadership to ensure team continuity
• Recruit and build
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR team members to support organizational expansion
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires for quick ramp-up and long-term success
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish the premier SDR organization in the country
• Direct experience as an SDR/BDR with relevant team lead or management experience
• Direct experience in a closing AE role for over 12 months
• Strong preference for more than 1 year of sales management experience
• Outbound-specific cold-calling experience, not limited to inbound lead handling
• Proven track record of success in AE and leadership roles; history of managing or being part of a high-performing sales team
• Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes and methodologies
