This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the generation of outbound pipeline across targeted segments, emphasizing developers, product teams, and leaders in digital experience.
• Develop and refine multi-channel outbound strategies (including email, phone, social media, video, etc.) to identify and engage ideal prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to translate signals (such as free sign-ups, usage metrics, and trials) into actionable outbound campaigns.
• Create and execute scalable training programs, playbooks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent performance.
• Work alongside Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to establish ideal customer profiles (ICP), lead scoring, and outbound sequencing.
• Manage and enhance the SDR technology stack, which includes Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Common Room, and more.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position within a developer-centric SaaS company or product-led growth (PLG) environment.
• Extensive knowledge of outbound strategy, with the capability to customize messaging for technical buyers.
• Demonstrated success in scaling SDR teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Familiarity with the intricacies of product-led funnels and how to initiate outbound campaigns based on in-product behavior.
