This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist the sales process by conducting research on accounts and reaching out to potential prospects through various engagement tools and techniques to arrange meetings and generate pipeline leads for our Enterprise Sales team.
• Engage in discovery discussions with potential inbound and outbound prospects within the designated territory or categories.
• Create qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities for the assigned Sales team by following up, qualifying warm inbound leads, and employing consultative selling techniques.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other departments to enhance conversion rates with a high-quality pipeline.
• Participate actively by joining live customer calls with our Enterprise Sales team, with the chance to lead pitches as you gain credibility and expertise.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to conduct account research, refine outreach efforts, automate workflows, and remain flexible as priorities, territories, and processes change.
• Collaborate as a team to consistently achieve the designated individual and team quotas for outbound activities, qualifying calls, meetings arranged, and revenue potential.
• Ensure accurate data management in Salesforce and other sales operations tools.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of practical experience managing outbound lead generation and qualifying top-of-the-funnel sales pipeline in both a high-velocity mid-market and enterprise sales environment.
• Proficient in researching and utilizing Salesforce or other CRM systems to generate leads.
• Truly tech-savvy, with a knack for quickly adapting to new tools—including AI technologies like Claude—to work efficiently and stay ahead.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to C-level executives in enterprise settings.
• Strong sense of ownership; a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a high sense of urgency who thrives on feedback for continuous improvement.
• Flexible and collaborative, capable of swiftly adjusting to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
