This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Adhere to a well-established and effective sales strategy complemented by weekly coaching sessions.
• Schedule high-quality meetings with IT departments nationwide.
• Contribute significantly to the development of our sales pipeline and overall business growth!
• Engage in a combination of classroom learning and practical role-play exercises as part of the SDR training program at ControlUp.
• Acquire skills to generate qualified leads, employ various personal communication methods like emails and cold calls, and convey the value of our platform.
• Interact with prospects to establish rapport and identify their needs.
• Exhibit proficiency in required skills by surpassing quota for two consecutive quarters.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR, with a preference for prior experience in SaaS Sales.
• Proven experience in engaging potential customers through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately in both written and verbal forms.
• Quick learner with a strong enthusiasm for new technologies, adept at aligning them with business processes.
• Capable of effectively managing time to achieve set objectives.
• Track record of accountability to metrics, frequently exceeding them.
• Flourish in a dynamic team environment with high energy.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Proficient in German (C2 level or equivalent) and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
