This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively engage with potential new customers to create sales opportunities.
• Utilize a multichannel outreach strategy, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and face-to-face visits.
• Perform structured needs assessments to form the foundation for successful deals.
• Arrange and prepare initial meetings for Sales Managers in an optimal manner.
• Record all activities in Salesforce and ensure a smooth handover process.
• Proven experience in telephone-based sales or customer interaction.
• A passion for researching target customers and prospects.
• Strong empathy and the ability to customize conversations to meet individual needs.
• A disciplined, process-oriented approach to working with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English.
• Willingness to travel up to three days per week.
