This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide robust leadership to the SDR team by offering guidance, support, and mentorship to promote professional growth and development.

• Create and implement effective prospecting strategies to boost lead generation efforts, ensuring a consistent influx of qualified leads.

• Offer personalized coaching to improve SDRs' outreach techniques, communication skills, and abilities in lead qualification.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to monitor progress, understand challenges, and provide customized support.

• Set an example by achieving personal lead generation goals while collaborating with the team to meet collective quotas.

• Actively participate in discussions regarding SDR compensation, using performance data to establish fair and motivating incentive structures.

• Address performance and conduct issues with professionalism and promptness, implementing appropriate corrective actions while maintaining a positive team environment.

• Work in tandem with other teams to synchronize the SDR team's efforts with the company's broader objectives, contributing to overall growth and success.

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new SDRs, ensuring a seamless transition and positioning them for success.

• Collaborate effectively with other departments to align strategies, streamline processes, and facilitate successful lead transitions.

• Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate prospecting metrics, identify trends, capitalize on opportunities, and refine strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a current sales or SDR role, showcasing a consistent ability to exceed targets.

• Previous experience in leadership roles, highlighting the capability to inspire and guide teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on fostering teamwork and collaboration.

• Familiarity with sales tools, CRM software, and prospecting technologies.
