This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee, guide, and inspire a team of 10 SDRs to meet both individual and collective objectives.
• Offer continuous training and development to improve their skills and overall performance.
• Manage the infrastructure, which includes CRM systems, sales tools, and processes, to support the SDR team's operations and ensure optimal efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to pinpoint areas for enhancement and confirm that the team is achieving its targets.
• Create and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and qualification processes.
• Collect and assess market intelligence to refine targeting and messaging, leading to improved lead conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate a seamless transition of qualified leads and uphold a robust pipeline.
• Apply best practices and continuous improvement efforts to boost the team's effectiveness and productivity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, ideally within a B2B context.
• Strong leadership qualities and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and trend identification.
• Familiarity with CRM software and various sales tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
