This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take charge of the complete outbound process, from qualifying leads to executing discovery calls and finalizing deals.
• Implement high-level cold email campaigns and outreach strategies specifically designed for technical decision-makers.
• Oversee and enhance CRM data to maintain a smooth sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Work alongside the leadership team to improve marketing messaging based on immediate market insights.
• Regularly achieve or surpass the goal of closing two deals each month, with contract values between $5k and $50k+
• Experience in SaaS, Tech, or Agency sales environments.
• Expertise in Lead Qualification and Discovery, with the ability to identify pain points and align them with complex AI solutions.
• Advanced skills in Cold Emailing and contemporary outbound sales techniques.
• Competence in CRM Administration and managing sales workflows.
• Strategic thinker: You comprehend how to sell "value" and "speed" rather than merely features.
• The "Closer" Instinct: A motivation to swiftly guide prospects through the funnel and achieve revenue targets from the first month.

• Familiarity with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Significant experience in navigating the subtleties of marketing agency sales.
