This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead and mentor members of the sales development team to meet both individual and collective pipeline generation goals while ensuring accountability to performance metrics.
• Implement outbound prospecting strategies via email, phone, and social media to secure qualified meetings and exemplify best practices for the team.
• Conduct reviews of calls, performance assessments, and regular feedback sessions to enhance outreach efficacy and conversion rates.
• Facilitate the onboarding and ramp-up process for new team members to achieve productivity within established timelines through systematic training and ongoing coaching.
• Create and refine lead qualification standards that align with the ideal customer profile criteria and guarantee a consistent transition to the sales team.
• Oversee and optimize outreach sequences, templates, and workflows within HubSpot to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Track and assess performance metrics, including open rates, response rates, meeting conversions, and pipeline contributions to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data across contacts, accounts, and activities to facilitate precise reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with revenue operations to monitor SDR performance metrics and their impact on the pipeline.
• Work together with marketing and revenue leadership to fine-tune targeting strategies, messaging, and campaign coherence.
• Offer structured insights on market responses, messaging effectiveness, and prevalent objections to guide the go-to-market strategy.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or surpass performance objectives related to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning modules.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues consistently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound lead generation, with at least 1 year in a leadership, senior, or mentoring role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed outbound pipeline generation and qualified meeting targets in a high-volume setting.
• Practical experience managing prospecting workflows, sequences, and reporting within CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Strong grasp of lead qualification frameworks, ideal customer profile targeting, and pipeline management principles.
• Experience in executing multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
• Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into process and strategy enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of supporting US-facing outreach and stakeholder collaboration.
• Capacity to manage individual pipeline responsibilities while fostering team performance and growth.
• Experience in supporting BPO, CX, or outsourced service sales environments.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha.
• Experience working with global or offshore sales teams.
• Relevant platform certifications, such as HubSpot Sales Hub.
