This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Developing and enhancing Strada’s global Sales Development function.
• Implementing best practices for both inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Standardizing qualification processes and performance metrics.
• Mentoring and coaching team members for their professional growth.
• Reinforcing cadence discipline and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
• Fostering the creation of a qualified pipeline that aligns with revenue objectives.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to carry out targeted campaigns.
• 5–7+ years of experience, with substantial time spent in SDR/BDR or equivalent prospecting positions.
• Experience in enterprise sales environments.
• Previous roles as a team lead, player-coach, or senior mentor.
• Strong operational discipline.
• Solid commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, intent data, and conversation intelligence.
