Sales & Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound prospecting activities, which include cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within healthcare organizations, payers, and associated markets.

• Arrange discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales leadership team.

• Conduct research on target accounts and key decision-makers to tailor outreach efforts effectively.

• Maintain precise CRM records, monitor pipeline activity, and provide updates on lead status.

• Work collaboratively with marketing on outbound campaigns and initiatives for lead generation.

• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of Chordline’s solutions, value proposition, and positioning within the healthcare market.

• Monitor performance metrics such as outreach activity, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline contributions.

• Aid in conference preparation, follow-up on leads, and conduct outreach activities related to events.

• Stay updated on trends within the healthcare industry, challenges faced by payers/providers, and the competitive landscape.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Registered Nurse (RN) license is strongly preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is necessary.

• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, AI solutions, payer/provider services, or healthcare operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is preferred.

• A proven understanding of case management, utilization management workflows, and payer operations is required.
