This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Become a part of the Actian Sales Development team and gain firsthand experience at a global enterprise software firm.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales Development, you will contribute to our go-to-market strategy by connecting raw data with successful sales outcomes.
• Actively develop the sales pipeline, enhance lead intelligence, and support the implementation of key sales campaigns.
• Identify and profile "Ideal Customer Profile" (ICP) accounts utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
• Track "Trigger Events" (job changes, funding rounds, news) and notify the SDR team of potential outreach opportunities.
• Conduct "Deep Dives" on strategic accounts to identify decision-makers and their challenges.
• Assist in creating multi-channel outreach sequences (Email, Phone, Social).
• Oversee the "Top of Funnel" hygiene to ensure no inbound lead remains unaddressed for more than 5 minutes.
• Draft customized "snippets" for high-value prospects to aid full-time SDRs in scaling their personalized outreach.
• Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a "Battle Card" library by researching updates from competitors and shifts in the market.
• Reporting & Analytics: Support the Senior Director in compiling weekly performance presentations for executive leadership.
• Event Support: Organize follow-up cadences for webinars and trade shows to maximize ROI on marketing expenditures.
• AI SDR Assistant Project: Assist in developing tailored AI workflows for the SDR team to automate manual tasks such as account research, prospecting, and email execution.
• Analyze a specific segment of our outreach data or a competitive market shift to formulate a "GTM Optimization Plan," which you will present as your concluding project during the Internship Showcase.
• Opportunity to travel – we will arrange for you to fly to our Austin, Texas office for onsite orientation!
• Intern Events— just because the internship is remote, doesn’t mean we don’t have a chance to enjoy! Regular intern events will be organized throughout your 12 weeks with us!
• Time with Executives— Interns will have the opportunity to engage with our executive team through panel discussions, one-on-ones, Q&A sessions, and events.
• Workshops — Interns will participate in workshops designed to support new professionals.
