This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promoting our top-tier brands such as Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts, and Oreo (among others) to Independent and Symbol retailers on a consistent basis.
• Achieving maximum visual appeal and optimal shelf presence through effective merchandising strategies.
• Executing and overseeing promotional initiatives.
• Placement and implementation of point-of-purchase materials.
• Reporting on various activities.
• Meeting field KPIs and accomplishing your annual goals.
• Experience in sales – preferably in the FMCG/CPG sector, though other fields will also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient numeracy and analytical skills.
• Dedication and keen attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license is required, with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
• Comfort in driving both automatic and manual vehicles is essential.
• Permanent contract, starting with a 6-month probation period.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm).
