This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promoting our leading brands such as Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts, and Oreo, among others, to Independent and Symbol retailers regularly.
• Achieving optimal visual presentation and shelf availability through effective merchandising strategies.
• Executing and overseeing promotional initiatives.
• Placing and implementing point-of-purchase materials.
• Providing reports on activities undertaken.
• Meeting field KPIs and achieving your annual goals.
• Previous sales experience, ideally in the FMCG/CPG sector, though other backgrounds will be considered.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Attention to detail and perseverance.
• A valid driver’s license is required, with a maximum of 3 points.
• Comfort in driving both automatic and manual vehicles is essential.
• Permanent contract starting with a 6-month probation period.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
