• Promoting our industry-leading brands such as Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts, and Oreo (among others) to Independent and Symbol retailers on a regular basis.
• Ensuring maximum visual appeal and optimal shelf availability through effective merchandising strategies.
• Executing and monitoring promotional initiatives.
• Placement and implementation of point-of-purchase materials.
• Reporting on various activities.
• Achieving field KPIs and meeting your annual targets.
• Sales experience – ideally within FMCG/CPG, though candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• A high level of perseverance and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license is required, with a maximum of 3 points.
• Comfort in driving either an automatic or manual vehicle is necessary.
• Permanent employment contract, starting with a 6-month probation period.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm).
