This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Conduct research to discover potential leads and prospects within the designated market.
• Engage in outbound efforts such as cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media to initiate contact with prospective customers.
• Execute tailored and impactful outreach campaigns to enhance lead conversion.
• Work closely with the Account Executive to share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and current market trends.
• Continuously improve and adapt outreach strategies based on the feedback loop.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, encompassing conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
• Partner with sales leadership to analyze data and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
• Over 5 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven history of securing new business meetings.
• Proven capability to build opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories.
• Familiarity with a comprehensive suite of prospecting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and scale processes effectively.
• Proven capability to nurture team dynamics.
• Curiosity - the ability to ask insightful questions and create solutions based on a solid foundation of knowledge and insight.
• Self-motivated, thriving in a team environment while also being driven and proactive independently.
• Strong time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of leads.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
