This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Conduct research to discover potential leads and prospects within the designated market.
• Engage in outbound initiatives such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to establish contact with prospective customers.
• Execute personalized and effective outreach campaigns to enhance lead conversion rates.
• Work closely with the Account Executive to share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
• Continuously improve and adapt outreach strategies based on feedback received.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales efforts, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
• 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, demonstrating a strong history of securing new business meetings.
• Proven capability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and sectors.
• Proficiency with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach methods.
• Experience in establishing and scaling outbound processes in dynamic environments.
• Intellectually curious, capable of asking insightful questions and developing data-driven approaches to outreach.
• Highly self-driven, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle a high volume of leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Proficiency in additional Nordic languages is a plus but not mandatory.
