This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct research to discover potential leads and prospects within the designated market.
• Participate in outbound initiatives such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to establish contact with prospective customers.
• Execute tailored and effective outreach campaigns to enhance lead conversion.
• Work closely with the Account Executive to share insights regarding prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
• Continuously improve and adapt outreach strategies based on feedback received.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
• 2–3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a proven track record of securing new business meetings.
• Demonstrated capability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in emerging markets and sectors.
• Proficiency with contemporary prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies.
• Experience in developing and scaling outbound processes in fast-paced settings.
• Intellectually curious, posing insightful questions and crafting insights-driven outreach approaches.
• Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities, efficiently handling a high volume of leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
