This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to pinpoint potential leads and prospects within the designated target market.

• Engage in outbound efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to establish contact with prospective customers.

• Execute tailored and effective outreach campaigns to enhance lead conversion rates.

• Work closely with the Account Executive to share insights regarding prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.

• Consistently refine and adapt outreach strategies informed by the feedback loop.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales efforts, such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach efficacy.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and fine-tune strategies for improved outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, demonstrating a proven track record of securing new business meetings.

• Proven capability to create opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories.

• Familiarity with a comprehensive suite of prospecting tools.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling processes.

• Ability to nurture and develop a team.

• A curious mindset - asking insightful questions and crafting solutions based on a foundation of knowledge and insight.

• Self-driven, thriving in a team environment while also possessing the ability to remain proactive independently.

• Strong time management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of leads.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
