This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls to generate qualified leads for client sales teams.
• Research and create targeted prospect lists utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
• Qualify inbound leads by evaluating fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority using the BANT framework.
• Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for client Account Executives or Closers, managing calendar coordination across different time zones.
• Maintain and refresh CRM records (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) with precise notes, tags, and deal-stage tracking.
• Execute and enhance multi-step email sequences and follow-up cadences.
• Monitor and report on essential SDR metrics: emails sent, calls made, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
• Collaborate with client marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment, provide feedback on lead quality, and enhance targeting efforts.
• Address initial objections and FAQs with a consultative approach, effectively positioning the client's value proposition.
• Engage in regular sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and training sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing position.
• Exceptional spoken and written English — confident in calls and professional in written outreach.
• Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
• Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
• Strong organizational abilities — capable of managing high-volume outreach without oversight.
• Resilient and receptive to coaching — comfortable with rejection and motivated to improve.
• Willing to work night shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) to align with US business hours.
